Hur Counseling accepts both private pay and insurance (in‑network with Aetna), with private pay preferred because it protects your privacy—no third-party access to records, no required diagnoses—and gives you full flexibility over session length, frequency, and therapeutic approach, rather than being bound by insurance rules. If you prefer to use insurance, we’re happy to bill Aetna directly. For private pay clients, I’ll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement (coverage varies, so please verify with your policy). When scheduling, please indicate your preferred payment method.
