I offer a complimentary 15‑minute phone consultation to understand your needs and see if we're a good fit.

All sessions are 50 minutes, including intake, unless otherwise arranged. I provide secure telehealth and in‑person counseling.

Update (Nov 2024): I’m credentialed to accept Aetna insurance through Headway and offer a limited sliding‑scale option for clients needing financial assistance. Reach out for details!
